
The Cabins Club at Winter Park Membership Plan grants (8) memberships for each of the resort’s three member residences, which are operated by Club Management for the enjoyment of the Cabins Club members and their guests. Total memberships are limited to (24) to create an intimate club that provides personalized and professional services for each member.
The Cabins Club Membership Plan of 8:1 (members/residence) allocates thirty-two weeks of each year through the Priority Week Booking program, with the remaining twenty weeks available to members through the Club Bonus Time reservation program. This gives each membership four guaranteed Priority Weeks and unlimited Club Bonus Time bookings based on club policies, allowing each membership an average of 6 1/2 weeks (45 days) of potential usage each year.
The Cabins Club reservation system is designed to provide each member fair and equitable use of the club’s facilities and services through Priority Week bookings and Club Bonus Time bookings.

Priority Week Bookings:
Cabins Club Management uses an equitable membership rotation schedule to manage and administer the Priority Week booking process. Up to (32) weeks of each year can be reserved by the (8) members of each residence during the Priority Week booking seasons.
Priority Week Booking Seasons:
Winter/Spring Weeks: (2) Guaranteed pre-reserved Saturday to Saturday weeks per member
Summer/Fall Weeks: (2) Guaranteed pre-reserved Saturday to Saturday weeks per member
Total Priority Weeks: (32) weeks per year (4 weeks per member)
Club Bonus Time:
The (20) or more weeks of each year left unreserved after the Priority Week Booking process are made available to each member through the Club Bonus Time reservation system. Club Bonus Time bookings of one-to-seven nights can be made by members on a space-available basis within 45 days of an arrival date. Club Bonus Time reservations are confirmed by Club Management on a space-available basis and according to Club Bonus Time reservation policies. All Club Bonus Time reservations are subject to applicable housekeeping fees.
Membership in the Cabins Club at Winter Park is available only through the Cabins Club Membership Application process. Membership vacancies are filled solely by applicants listed on the Club Membership Waiting List, which records each application chronologically by the date received. A fully executed Membership Application with a fully refundable $5,000 deposit must be submitted to Club Management to secure a position on the Club Membership Waiting List. A member of Club Management will personally contact each applicant to confirm receipt of Membership Application and deposit, as well as confirm your Club Membership Waiting List position.
Cabins Club Membership Agreement & Membership Bond
A comprehensive Membership Agreement has been developed to govern and guide the long-term operations of the resort for the mutual benefit of the founders and the members. As Cabins Club memberships become available, Cabins Club Management will contact eligible applicants in chronological order based on their position on the Club Membership Waiting List. At that time Cabins Club staff will personally review all aspects of Club Membership and confirm their interest in becoming a member of the Cabins Club at Winter Park.
Upon receipt of completed club membership documents and all associated fees, a notarized Cabins Club Membership Bond certificate is issued to each member as collateral for the refundable Membership Deposit and as legal evidence of membership in the Cabins Club at Winter Park.
Membership Deposit Refund
Upon written notice, a member may resign their membership at any time, in which case that member will receive a refund of the Membership Deposit in accordance to the Club’s Refund Policy. Once the refund process is initiated, Club management will immediately make that membership available to prospective members on the Club Membership Waiting List. The departing member receives their fully refundable Membership Deposit, subject to a one-member in/one-member out policy used by traditional country clubs with a restricted membership base. This system preserves the ongoing viability of the Club by maintaining dues income to insure quality facilities and consistency of service for all members.
Cabins Club Membership Is Not An Investment
A Cabins Club Membership is offered exclusively for the Member’s use of Cabins Club Resort property and services. A Club Membership affords a member certain use rights in Club facilities and properties and should not be considered an investment or an ownership equity interest in the Cabins Club or its properties. Offers of sale of Club Membership are void where prohibited by law. Cabins Club memberships are non-transferable and available only through Cabins Club Management.

Cabins Club Resort development is scheduled to begin Spring of 2007. The Cabins Club at Winter Park is now taking applications and fully refundable deposits to secure positions on the Membership Waiting List.
