With extensive resort experience and a desire to invest in the future of the community, we decided to form a partnership in 1994 and purchase a beautiful piece of property in downtown Winter Park.  From the beginning we shared a preservation philosophy as we made plans for the future of the property.  Our development strategy was motivated by conservation efforts, the desire to create a unique product and the passion for the mountain lifestyle.

 

We began a slow and thoughtful process to develop a low density, high-quality resort enclave that blends naturally with the surroundings, preserving the stands of beautiful native columbine and many of the aspen, fir, spruce and pine trees located on the property.

 

Our mission is to create a resort that our members will be proud to be associated with for years to come.  The Cabins Club showcases our passion for the mountain lifestyle and our commitment to the highest quality vacation experience.  Drawing on our 80 years of resort and hospitality industry experience, we are committed to the development and operation of a unique resort that provides members with the space and privacy of a luxury vacation home, complimented by a full-service resort environment.
