Club Overview

 

The Cabins Club Resort is designed to provide exclusive access to a select group of members wishing to make the most of their limited time in Winter Park.  Most vacation homebuyers have genuine expectations to visit their property frequently, but the reality of life’s busy schedule makes that difficult for many. 

 

At the Cabins Club we believe as your time becomes increasingly limited, the vacation “experience” becomes even more valuable.  We have designed the Cabins Club Resort to enhance members’ time in Winter Park, by combining the most desirable mountain living environment with a full-service club experience.  A Cabins Club membership allows you to “live” the mountain lifestyle each time you visit Winter Park.


Membership in the Cabins Club at Winter Park: 

 

  • Membership structure follows a traditional country club model, with a limited number of membership packages providing the non-deeded “right to use” the Cabins Club luxury log home residence, the resort facilities and club member services.

 

  • Each member pays a one-time membership deposit that is fully refundable based on Cabins Club policies.  The founders believe the security of each member’s deposit is paramount to the ongoing success of the Cabins Club.  A legal Membership Bond is issued to each member as evidence of his or her refundable membership deposit.  Deposits are further insured with club real estate asset equity and club cash reserves.

  • Members enjoy the club’s equitable use program featuring rotating request schedules that allow for up to four guaranteed Priority Weeks each year, plus unlimited Club Bonus Time reservations based on club policies.  The club is limited to eight memberships per residence with an impartial reservation system that provides fair and flexible usage time for each Cabins Club member.

 

  • Membership dues are paid annually or on a monthly basis.  The comprehensive membership dues program allows Cabins Club Management to maintain club viability, provide professional facility maintenance and member services, and manage operations of the full-service resort for the members.   

 

  • The Club Concierge Program and professional on-site service staff create a “vacation-style” experience every time a member comes to town, providing them with hassle-free access to a full-service luxury vacation home in the Fraser Valley.

  • Members have the right to share their club privileges with family, friends and business associates.  Membership permits unaccompanied guest use of the club in conjunction with a club membership.  Club conduct policies apply to all members and their guests, requiring respect and care for the resort facilities, staff and fellow members, to assure a high quality experience for everyone.  Rentals are strictly prohibited.
