The exclusive Cabins Club Concierge Program is at the heart of each member’s Cabins Club experience.  The Concierge Program provides personalized and friendly service to pamper you while you play!  Whether you need a little pampering or privacy is more in order, the concierge staff is there to make it happen.  When you are ready to “get away” to the mountains, the concierge staff will assist you with all your pre-arrival and in-resort needs.  The Club Concierge is your personal membership liaison dedicated to making each visit to the club enjoyable and worry-free.

Pre-Arrival Concierge Services

  • Member reservation assistance
  • Assistance with travel arrangements
  • Delivery of personal items to your residence
  • Pre-arrival arrangements such as:
  • Grocery delivery service
  • Lift ticket delivery to your Cabins Club residence
  • Tee times, ski rentals, ski school & other activities
  • Pre-arrival shipments or deliveries to your Club residence

In-Resort Concierge Services

  • Spa services or private chef services in your home
  • Restaurant and special event reservation assistance
  • Assistance with on-site functions and special events
  • On-site meeting & retreat assistance
  • Assistance with catering needs for family meals or parties

 

This Club Concierge service is available to you as part of your Cabins Club membership.  Any applicable fees for groceries, products, activities and services provided by outside vendors are simply applied to your Club Account and paid along with your monthly dues.  We take care of the details, so you can focus on enjoying your time in Winter Park.
