By submitting a Membership Application and the fully refundable deposit you secure your position on the Membership Waiting List for the next available Cabins Club at Winter Park membership.  The application process gives you an opportunity to do a thorough review of the Club’s policies and procedures with a Club representative, and review a copy of the official Membership Agreement and all accompanying documents, while being under no obligation at any time.

 

In all facets of the Cabins Club at Winter Park, it is our goal to be fair and equitable to all members and potential members of the club.  Therefore, membership in the Cabins Club is available only through the Cabins Club Membership Application process. The applicant holding the highest current rank on the Club Membership Waiting List is eligible to fill the next available membership.  Rank is based on the chronological order that Club Management receives the completed Membership Application and refundable deposit.

The fully executed Membership Application and the refundable $5,000 deposit are required to secure your position on the Club Membership Waiting List.  Upon receipt of the application, Club Management will contact you immediately to confirm receipt, confirm your position on the Membership Waiting List and discuss your interest in membership in the Cabins Club at Winter Park.  Application deposits are held in an FDIC insured escrow account and will be returned to the applicant upon request at any time.
